1993 – 2001, Talks with Wolves-Indigenous Art & Culture. The
store was located in the unique and culturally rich neighborhood
of Bedford Stuyvesant. Native American, African and Indonesian
art, artifacts and clothing were sold. Talks with Wolves also
lectured on History/Traditions and Craft art programs for
educational facilities (schools k –12/College and special
education children, community centers and elder facilities.

2002, Building on this foundation, Talks with Wolves moved
to the next phase to further the mission. Became a not for
profit organization, TWW Inc. The principle aim is to help
with the educational needs of the communities and to
increase communication between the various ethnic groups
that reside in the communities. As a result of this
increased communication, a deeper level of understanding can
develop thereby strengthening the entire community at large.

Through the use of art, the students will expand their
self-awareness, develop their natural ability to express
themselves creatively and learn how to support and work with
others of different cultures in order to accomplish common
goals.
TWW Inc. will focus its mission on the youth of the
New York communities through workshops in Education through the Arts, with
the support of cultural events. It is the kind of institution
that will provide both the necessary sources of
strength for the promotion of an individual’s sense of identity as well as community attachment.
